Nancy is a passionate Geek Girl and technology evangelist, bringing the Clockwork culture of accessible technology and user-centered business solutions to the masses. Nancy has been preaching the good word about technology and culture for the last 15 years, since her days as President of pioneering Minneapolis-based ISP and interactive shop, Bitstream Underground.
She's known for her innovative thinking, her humor and her no-nonsense way of delivering complex messages. She's been named a Woman to Watch by the Business Journal, as well as one of their annual 40 under 40. She's an unstoppable advocate for the arts and social justice and has served on the boards of DIFFA MN, The Minneapolis Musical Theatre and the advisory board of The Digital Access Project. She is currently the Chair of the Rainbow Families/Family Equality Council's Midwest Advisory Council. As one half of the Geek Girls (geekgirlsguide.com) she is a speaker and instructor specializing in making technology accessible for non-technical audiences.
