Kjrsten likes using Flash, Flex and good old HTML+CSS+JS to produce applications that are pleasing to the user (easy, useful, pretty) and pleasing to the developer who works on them next (clear, well-documented, extensible). She has 5 years of super-solid experience doing this for Target, Internet Broadcasting, and now Clockwork.
In her pre-internet life, Kjrsten studied fine art at the University of Minnesota, wrote for the St. Paul Pioneer Press (as calendar editor for the Features department) and made technical illustrations for Kwik-Sew Pattern Company.
Recent preoccupations include: Gardening and canning. Local, organic, vegan food. Training for triathlon #2. Sewing couture for herself and for yoga balls. Living it up with her wonderful husband and spectacular cats.
