Babies @ Work

We have an official Babies @ Work program in which parents of children 6 months and younger can set up a regular schedule for their child to be at the office. In addition, parents can bring their children to the office on an ad hoc basis anytime it is necessary. On any given day, you're likely to see a small Clockworkling hanging around our office.

Recognition

Whatever we're doing, it must be working. For four years running, we've been awarded the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Best Places to Work award. And, in 2007, the Minnesota Psychological Association gave us a Psychologically Healthy Workplace award. In 2008, Working Mother magazine also named us one of the Top 25 Women-Owned Businesses in the nation.

Flextime

Employees in good standing can work wherever and whenever they want — as long as work is getting completed and they are available for calls or meetings with clients and project managers.

The bottom line is that we all love working here, and it shows.
