Teaming up with the Cocktail Chicks for their latest concoction, Clockwork Active Media Systems announces the release of their new iPhone application “Cocktail Chicks.” By selecting your liquor of choice, the mood you’re in, or the type of event you want to liven up, the Cocktail Chicks app helps users select the perfect drink for any occasion. Earlier this year, Clockwork worked with the Cocktail Chicks, Ti Adelaide Martin and Lally Brennan, to build a site for their web series, "In the Land of Cocktails." The series is a complement to their book of the same name. Clockwork also designed and produced the web site for Martin and Brennan's New Orleans restaurant, Commander's Palace.
"We had a blast working on this project," says Nancy Lyons, CEO of Clockwork. "We’re always looking for new ways to prove our tech chops and this app really allowed us to show off our creative skills, while delivering a useful tool for users with finely tuned taste buds. Clockwork has been actively developing and specializing in mobile applications and Web sites since our inception in 2002."

Key features include:
Search for drinks depending on your mood and event, in addition to the type of alcohol in your cupboard.
Rather than providing thousands of common drink recipes, the Cocktail Chicks have hand-selected a few dozen of the best – and most unique – recipes. In other words, "Don’t drink more, drink better!"
Colorful imagery and saucy instructions complement each featured cocktail.

We're constantly talking to each other about what's new: a project we're working on, a new site we're obsessed with, or some other geekery. We figured, why not share those conversations with you?
Welcome to our collective mind.
