The June wallpaper celebrates the Cyclosaur, official spokesperson for Team Clockwork as they prepare to bike 150 miles to raise money and awareness for multiple sclerosis.

I had the pleasure of judging design student portfolios for the 2012 AIGA Portfolio One on One Event. It was a great experience, and truly a tough job to sort through all of the great work and select winners for the four different scholarships. I wanted to take a minute to show off the work of Cody Mehlhlorn, recipient of the Clockwork Interactive Scholarship.

This month, we show our ongoing support for the Family Equality Council with our May wallpaper highlighting their Night at the Pier celebration.

This month’s wallpaper is an homage to and call for rain. With barely any winter, and then summer arriving in March, we need it! Meteorologist Paul Huttner says, "Average rainfall won't do this year. A good 4" to 8" of spring rains is what we need..."

Happy Birthday, Clockwork! Ten years ago, Clockwork opened its doors and we've been defining the digital agency ever since. 

This month's wallpaper celebrates ten years with the "peg-a-corn," a mystical beast that's grown into a sort of mascot. A unique blend of a unicorn and pegasus, it's one of a kind. Just like Clockwork.

Clockwork represented in designer-ly fashion at AdFed's "The Show" on Friday, where we won an award for our Clockwork Notebook iPad App.

Several of us Clockworkers had the pleasure of attending the CVA Leaders of Design Series lecture last night at the Minnesota History Center. This year instead of recognizing one leader in design, CVA is honoring 23 women "who've helped put Minnesota on the map with graphic design that's conceptual, meaningful, inspiring, hard working, and pretty powerful."  

In the immortal words of Glenn Frey, "The heat is on!" And we're all feeling it...but many of us have comfy climate-controlled offices and houses. Just think how hot those trees must feel! They never get a break, so this month's wallpaper is a tribute to the even-tempered, mild-mannered, take-the-heat-without-missing-a-beat trees.

Summer. has. finally. hit. us. I'm declaring it, so deal with it. For this entire month, I want nothing but beautiful sunny days. But the best part about a sunny day? The gorgeous summer sunrises and sunsets. Watching the sky change colors has always been a huge pleasure for me, and I took inspiration from this naturally occurring awesomeness for this month's wallpaper. It's double wide for maximum dual-monitor glory.
