Happy Birthday, Clockwork! Ten years ago, Clockwork opened its doors and we've been defining the digital agency ever since.
This month's wallpaper celebrates ten years with the "peg-a-corn," a mystical beast that's grown into a sort of mascot. A unique blend of a unicorn and pegasus, it's one of a kind. Just like Clockwork.

Every few months, we have a Clockwork game night. These are not formally planned events. We play board games and eat fancy pizza. A mentor once told me that all of my ideas about work culture were pointless unless I had the numbers to back them up. He went on to emphasize again what most business owners and leaders trumpet -- the best definition of success is in the numbers. I agreed with him, of course. I still do. But I remember asking him: what does success look like to you?
